Alpha legal draftWritten for clear informed use during testing. The operator should have qualified counsel review entity details, jurisdiction, and launch requirements before a broad public release.
Respect ownership
Only upload material you created, licensed, or are otherwise legally allowed to share. Giving credit does not automatically create permission.
Infringement notices
A copyright notice should identify the protected work, identify and locate the allegedly infringing material, include the complaining party’s contact information, state a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, state that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury, and include a physical or electronic signature.
Until a registered DMCA agent is published, submit notices through in-app Support and label them “Copyright notice.” We do not represent that DMCA safe-harbor procedures are complete until the agent is registered and public contact details are posted.
Removal and counter-notices
We may remove or restrict reported material and notify the account holder. A counter-notice should identify the removed material, state under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, provide contact and jurisdiction consent information required by law, and include a signature.
Repeat infringement
Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright may be suspended or terminated in appropriate circumstances. Before public launch, the operator must register a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and add the legal name, physical mailing address, phone number, and email here.
