Alpha legal draftWritten for clear informed use during testing. The operator should have qualified counsel review entity details, jurisdiction, and launch requirements before a broad public release.
Adults-only alpha
The current alpha is for people age 18 and older. Do not create an account for a child or allow a child to use your account. If we learn that an alpha account belongs to a minor, we may restrict it and delete associated information after appropriate verification.
Photos and information about children
Adults may share family memories only when they have the right and permission to do so. Avoid public-facing identifiers, school details, live location, medical information, or intimate images. Respect requests from a child, parent, or guardian to remove material when reasonably possible.
Future youth access
Any future support for teens or children requires a separate product and legal review, age-appropriate design, parental-consent analysis, stronger defaults, reporting tools, and compliance with applicable child-privacy and safety law. This policy does not authorize youth accounts.
